Allow us to offer on your attention the project for construction of a complex from new apartments in Bulgaria.

“Golden sands” and "Albena”. From the complex up to sea is planned disposition of a park zone, in which the construction is not allowed.

The retail price of the apartments proposed for sale is about 1000 Euros per sq. m. The prices of the commercial objects (shops etc.) are as follows: per shops – 1500 Euros for sq. m, for a snack-bar and restaurant – 2000 Euros per sq. m.
